Hogwarts Standard Time

New for 2019.
Because I wanted to get a better feel for UK time, I picked up a 24-hour analog clock last year. I thought it would be fun to decorate this as a “Hogwarts Standard Time” prop. The design was not terribly complicated, so quick to design and produce.
